Here is a little information about our Licensed Massage Therapists!!
Ashley is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Massachusetts, a 2014 graduate of The Massage School in Easthampton, MA, and a member of ABMP. While recovering from a car accident, she discovered firsthand the pain-relieving power of massage therapy. The experience motivated her to become a licensed practitioner herself, to share the benefits of massage with others.
She has a strong passion for helping people and has been on an ongoing quest of finding ways to do so. She is trained in many modalities including deep tissue, Reiki, Himalayan salt stone, hot stones, myofascial release, and core shamanism. She specializes in neck and lower back techniques.
Ivy has been a massage therapist for 2.5 years and has worked in the mental health field for over 8 years. Ivy believes in the importance of physical, mental, and spiritual health, and knows from experience and research that massage can promote healing in all three areas. Ivy offers a variety of techniques and holds several certifications, including Swedish massage, Deep tissue, Trigger-point therapy, Hot stone/ Salt stone, Reiki, CBD wrap, Myofascial release, and Craniosacral. Because everyone’s bodies and preferences are unique, Ivy never gives the same massage twice and customized each massage to the client’s need. Her massages range from physically therapeutic (where her pressure is firm and designed to work out tight muscle tissue and “knots”) to relaxing (where her pressure is less firm and the goal is to feel pampered and soothed 🙂
