  • Floating is likely to be the most relaxing thing you have ever experienced.
  • You will experience zero gravity weightlessness.
  • There is 1000 lbs of epsom salt in the shallow water you float in so your body is extremely buoyant.
  • The water is kept at 93.5 degrees. This is skin-receptor neutral, which mean you will lose track of where your body ends and the water begins.
  • You will be given ear plugs and your ears will be below the water. The tanks are insulated against sound so noise from the outside doesn't reach you.
  • After you turn out the lights you will float in total darkness, though you do have the option to leave small LED lights on.
  • During your float session the world is gone, it is a total escape. Your body experiences amazing mental and physical benefits.
  • Your body gets to rest, de-stress, and heal.

When coming into your float do not shave or wax before. Try to eat a small meal an hour and a half prior. Remove your contact lenses. And try not to drink caffeine before hand.

Arrive and check in, you do not need to bring anything but yourself.

We will introduce you to our float rooms, cover the basics and answer any questions you may have.

Then you shower and put in your ear plugs.

Step into the float tank, close the door behind you, and float.

At the end of your float music and lights will fade in easing you out of your float.

Then you step out of the tank and back into the shower to rinse off the salty water.

Get dressed and then bask in your post float glow!

Do I need to bring anything?

Nope, just yourself. Towels, earplugs, and everything else will be provided. You may want to bring a hairbrush and some face cream if you typically use those after showering.

What if I'm claustrophobic?

People with claustrophobia consistently report no problems with floating. You're always in control of the environment, and you can get out at any time.

Can I drown if I fall asleep?

Nope. Some people fall asleep, but the water is so buoyant you stay afloat. The worst that can happen is getting woken up by a bit of salt water in your eyes.

How are the tanks kept clean?

The highly sterile salt water is fully filtered a minimum of six times between each float and is sanitized with a UV light, and pumped through an ozone purification system.

Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely! You can not float in the same tank together, but you can book floats at the same time.

Can I float if I have my period?

We kindly ask that you reschedule if you have a float scheduled while you are menstruating.
